As Co-Owner & Partner of the Personette Group, Cindy brings over 20 years of expertise in creating multi-channel marketing solutions at top global advertising agencies, such as Young & Rubicam and Deutsch. She has experience in an array of categories including automotive, travel, packaged goods, and financial services. Over the last 7 years, Cindy has parlayed that expertise into developing effective marketing solutions for urban residential developers. Working with TRT Holdings, Gatehouse Capital, the Oasi Group, Wilson-Meany-Sullivan, The Ryness Company, The Redstone Companies and Trammel Crowe, these marketing programs have supported pre-sale launches and work-out programs for luxury high-rise and mid-rise condominiums and townhomes, as well as branded residences.
Cindy is also a co-founder and principal owner of Thomsen & Null, a direct marketing agency that focuses on building and managing customer value. Having worked in both client and agency organizations, Cindy built her reputation by creating data-driven marketing solutions to increase both overall market share and share of customer. Cindy's passionate focus on the customer, rather than the product or service, has led to impressive, measurable results for all of her clients, regardless of category.
Prior to founding Thomsen & Null, Cindy held leadership roles as Senior Vice President of Relationship Marketing at Wunderman (Y&R's Direct Marketing Division), VP — Account Director at Deutsch LA, VP — Director of Client Services at Loren/Allan/Odioso and Group Account Director at Frequency Marketing. Before moving to the agency business, Cindy was Assistant VP Marketing with Bank One and Advertising Director for Signal Financial Group. Cindy began her career as a Research Associate with Group One Research.
When Cindy is not working on her clients' behalf, you can find her on the golf course or sipping a robust red wine. In fact, in 2003 she combined these two passions to create the annual Reds, Whites & Greens Charity Golf Classic which, in just seven years, has generated over $850,000 for Susan G. Komen for the Cure (formerly the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation).
Cindy earned her MBA Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh and her BBA-Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University.
