Theresa Hughes-Hill brings almost 20 years of real estate experience in the greater Houston area to her position as Research Director and Designated Broker of Personette & Associates. She has worked with Edith Personette since 1993, starting with her at Centeq Realty and continuing the transition to Morgan Personette Properties, Heritage Texas Properties, and now Personette & Associates.
In her role as Research Director, Theresa extensive knowledge of the overall condominium market benefits both long-time P&A clients as well as developers looking to Houston for new business opportunities. She is responsible for compiling market studies, statistical information and demographics for potential clients. Theresa also oversees the Personette & Associates "High Rise Bible" - an exclusive overview of Houston's high-rise data and statistics dating back to the 1999.
As Designated Broker, Theresa keeps abreast of all legal issues in the real estate industry, and is responsible for training & supervising all Personette & Associates agents on current real estate rules, regulations and best practices. Along with the Sales Associates, Theresa's problem-solving skills and extensive network help qualified buyers secure financing and ensure they are able to close on time.
Theresa's motto is "Honesty and integrity will take you far." She credits Personette & Associates' edge over the competition to the Company's experienced agents, knowledgeable staff and outstanding reputation as the leader in residential high-rise sales and marketing.
Prior to joining Centeq Realty, Theresa cut her teeth as a Realtor Assistant for a top producer in Sugar Land and as an Executive Assistant for a well known Realtor in the Medical Center area.
Theresa is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Greater Houston Builder's Association, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors. Over the years she has been active at HAR, serving on the MLS Advisory Group, the International Council as well as various focus groups.
Theresa attended St. Agnes Academy in Houston, Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, and Houston Community College for real estate courses. She resides in Pearland with her husband and two sons. Theresa is also involved with St. Anne PTO, where her younger son attends school, and St. Thomas Mother's Club, where her eldest son is a high school student.
